Please read these terms before using nebulavgc or purchasing software through our official Discord. nebulavgc is based in Switzerland. This page covers the website and explains what to check before buying Multiloader.

Acceptance of terms

Read the terms supplied with your order and software license before agreeing to a purchase. If you do not agree, do not place the order or activate the license. Browsing this website, opening Discord, or trying the dashboard preview does not place an order or accept paid access.

The Multiloader package

All four tools in the product catalogue are included together in Multiloader. Individual product pages explain each tool; they are not separate purchase offers. Your chosen plan determines how long your access lasts.

Review the feature list for the specific product you intend to use. Features differ between products. Do not assume an unlisted feature is included. Ask support for the details you need before buying.

Compatibility and settings

The published compatibility covers Windows 10 & 11 (All Versions), AMD & Intel processors, and Borderless & Windowed modes. TPM, HVCI, and Secure Boot are each listed as supported with either On or Off.

Check your system against the published requirements before purchasing, and ask support about any setup-specific uncertainty. These listings describe software compatibility, not a recommendation to turn off device protections. The website does not check or change your settings. Your responsibility to check requirements does not remove any rights relating to an inaccurate product description or faulty software.

Pricing and purchases

Contact us on Discord for the current total price, currency, access period, and support details. Review the renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions supplied with your order before paying. Refunds and cancellations

Check the refund and cancellation conditions for your order before paying. If they have not been provided, ask support first. This page does not establish a blanket no-refunds policy or remove rights available under applicable law.

If access has not been delivered, the software does not match its description, or you believe a payment is incorrect, contact support privately with your order reference and a description of the problem. Do not send full card details, passwords, or license keys.

Payment disputes

You can contact support to discuss a billing problem. This does not prevent you from using your payment provider’s dispute process or exercising your legal rights. Any restriction on paid access must be consistent with the terms agreed for your order and applicable law; this page does not create an automatic termination rule for payment disputes.

Your license and account

Use the software within the permission granted by your license. Do not share, resell, or redistribute it unless your license expressly allows this. Keep access details private and contact support if someone else may have used your account.

The dashboard currently shows clearly labelled sample states. A demo profile or countdown is not proof of a purchase and does not grant access. Real account linking and downloads are not enabled in this version.

Status and support

The product status labels are published updates, not automatic checks of your device or a promise of uninterrupted service. Updates and maintenance may affect availability. For help, send support the product name, a short description of the issue, and your Windows version. Do not include passwords, full license keys, or sensitive payment information in public channels.

Acceptable use and access restrictions

Use the website and our support channels lawfully. Do not interfere with their operation, impersonate another customer, or try to access someone else’s account. Software suspension or termination conditions are set out in the license terms supplied before purchase. Names belonging to other companies remain theirs; their appearance here does not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Availability and warranties

We do not promise uninterrupted website access or that every technical issue can be prevented. The warranties and remedies for your software purchase depend on the agreed order terms and applicable law. These website terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. Updated website copy does not replace the terms agreed for an existing purchase. Review the current order and license terms before making a new purchase.
